NewOrg Lifecycle Support
NewOrg Lifecycle Support is provided to all of our partners as part of the NewOrg Hosting Agreement. It includes an unlimited number of support incidents up to 1 hour per incident. Incidents are recorded in our Support Ticket System via this site, email or telephone.
For incidents that require consulting beyond 1 hour, Implementation Specialists are available at a rate of $120 per hour. Consultations to determine the scope and cost of an Consulting Engagement are provided at no cost.
